Getting to know EUNICE ♥

Hi everyone, this is Eunice, all of a sudden I found my lovely classmates has already updated the blog, so let me be the third.

Actually i think " introducing myself" is the most difficult task among all because I don't know how to start...(how stupid= =")Anyway here I go...

Like all of you, I was graduated from AD and I can't believe that I will meet you all here as in the last summer, i felt really frustrated because I am choosing continue study or not. And finally I have chosen study and keep on working 2 part-times of being a dental assistant. To be a dental assistant, normally I will work at the chairside and now I will work in the reception as I want to improve my communication skills by interact with different people.
Here are some pictures to let all of you know more about my work.

Besides study and work, I love photo shooting! And I love film camera instead of digital camera because I found that film camera somehow have more surprise since you don't know what you have shot.

My name is Tang Kwun Ting, Rachel. When I was a primary six student, I was baptized a Christian. But I did not take part in church life after baptism. In 2006, I have taken part in church life again until now. I am very enjoying my church life.

In fact, I would like to further study after the graduation of Associate Degree because I want to join a bible program. The entry requirement of the bible program must have an undergraduate degree. So, I am here.

Moreover, I am not live with my family. I live with the church sisters together at Shatin. My family is very support me to live with them because they think that I am more concentrate on my study there. They worry that I can’t concentrate on my study at home due to I will spend most of the time for TV. Furthermore, I live with sisters over 2 years and I take pleasure in live with them. It is very different compare live at home. I no need to do any housework at home. However, I need to do housework with sisters now. As a result, I become more independent and learn how to take care of myself.

Outlines of my presentation

Before doing my presentation on Tuesday 3rd March, here I am to give you a brief outline beforehands.

I was asked by my group members to present the topic of Cyberstalking, Gender and Computer Ethics written by Alison Adam. That's what the topic leftover which I'm happy with anyway.

Basically, I'll be covering what A. Adam argues about as follows :

1) Feminist ethics & feminist theory

2) Gender and technology studies

3) Sexual harrasement online

4) Cybertalking examples with analysis

PS : For details, you may turn to Chapter 11 in your unit reader.

Introduce myself

Hi everyone

As asked, we all have to introduce ourselves on the net, here I am.

I think this is the most difficult task throughout the course. I can't say too deep about myself but it's nonsense telling you something you all know. Anyway I try.

My name is Sophie, Wing Yan. A typical Chinese name and aged 2x. Unlike all of you, I'm married with two kids (Kinson & Nathan). Apart from coping with my assignments given by Paul & Wesley, I'm a busy mother at home (not just feeding!). Luckily, I've given a tremendous amount of supports from my family. One reason I choose to study this programme because of my long desire. Secondly is for my kids. I aim to set a good role model for them. Before they get to know who I'm, I think this is the most suitable time to continue my education.

You may or may not agree. I think we all learn regardless of our ages. It matters the right time to achieve our goal and likely depends on ourselves that makes more sense.

Time flies, I can't believe we've reached the 2nd semester. Do you all have the same feeling as I do?

Bear with me, you may think I'm an old-fashioned lady. Yet, I'm far more talkative & playful than you could imagine.
